SECTION I. PAYMENT:

A minimum of 50% downpayment is expected upfront after conversing and the invoice is sent.Payments must be made within 48 hours after conversing and the invoice is sent.No work will be started until the downpayment is madePayments done through PayPal should use USD (please convert to USD if you are using another currency).A message should be sent once the payment is made, and a screenshot of the payment being received shall be sent in return.A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (seen in Section VII. “Revisions” below).The exact prices for the project will depend upon the commission’s complexity.By paying an invoice you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service, so it’s impossible to get a physical item and you agree to give up any attempts of chargeback.You are confirming your access and/or ownership of the payment account related to the provided email, and that you are the owner of said account and money or have permission to use it fully.Any attempts of chargeback will result in automatic loss of character rights/art that is made as well as immediate blacklisting.If the digital product is used after getting a refund you are fully aware of the possibility of legal action.The seller will have full rights to resell the character design/recycle the art made if a chargeback is made.Notably, an email may be necessary to use payment processing platforms as well as to receive a final product. Neither the affiliated name nor the email information will be used outside of payment and product sending, and will not be shared without explicit permission unless a report needs to be made.

SECTION II. REFUNDS:

SECTION III. COPYRIGHT:

The artist retains the right to post the commissioned work on social media, stream, record, and/or upload videos of the creation of the artwork unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client during the discussion process before any work is started.Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.The final artwork product is strictly for personal use only, unless the commercial rights are purchased.For commercial use, the copyright must be purchased at 200% of the original price but is open to discussion based on the clientIntentions to purchase the copyright must be mentioned and agreed upon during the discussion phase and will require a separate invoice that must be paid in full before the final product is sent.Conditions for Reposting:When sharing or using commissioned work credit must be given with either a link back to me or by tagging me.The watermark and signature must remain intact and unaltered.Allowed Actions:Printing the work for personal use.Cropping and/or resizing the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.Use the artwork as a reference for studies.Posting the artwork on social media, with credit clearly visible.Prohibited Actions:Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.Colouring in my sketches or lineart.Using my work to either trace or, re-purposing parts of the image.Claiming the artwork as your own.Reproducing the work commercially without purchasing the rights.Using the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.If these terms are broken, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me and reported.

SECTION IV. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION:

It is preferred that discussions about commissions be conducted through private messages on Artistree.io, however I can still be contacted through private messages on TikTok, Discord, Patreon, Ko-fi and Reddit.Communication Guide:Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference of the character/subject along with supplementary information where it is needed/requested.Writing must be done in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission form.Mood boards featuring outfits and/or prop/item references are welcome.If presented with a reference image that is anything other than a clear digital, full body with flat colours know that I am not responsible for any potential discrepancies and mistakes made.If a gallery of your character’s artwork is linked I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy.Please maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process and respond in a timely fashion.

SECTION V. WILL AND WON’T DRAW:

Below is a general guideline for what I can/will or cannot/will not draw. Please keep my art style in mind when ordering, because while references and requests to make things more cartoony/realistic are fine, asking me to emulate or mimic a certain style is not.
I will not try to match another artist's or company's art style (examples: Disney style, Marvel, etc.)You must be at minimum 18 years of age to commission adult content. SECTION VI. WORKFLOW PROCESS:

The estimated date of completion is 2 weeks to 2 months after payment, the time taken depends on the complexity of the commission.Notably, I have physical and mental health complications that can cause sudden changes in scheduling but, if there are any delays in the completion of a commission the customer will be personally notified.If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 90 days (3 months) of ordering a full refund can be issued.Deadlines are acceptable as long as a warning is given beforehand and a minimum of 10 days from the time of ordering is allotted.Rush orders will have an additional fee depending on complexity and prior scheduling.Periodic W.I.P.s (works in progress) will be sent to the commissioner.Progress between stages will be paused until the stage has been reviewed with the client.

SECTION VII. REVISIONS AND EDITS:

During the discussion and sketching phase an image/images will be sent to the client in which they will be able to tell me what they want fixed/changed, removed, or added, or if I'm allowed to continue onto the next step.If applicable any major changes or revisions must be made during this sketch and planning stage before the lineart is started.Major changes include but are not limited to:significant changes to a character’s pose, body shape, or silhouetteredrawing parts of the subject (majority of the hair, clothes, etc.)significant or complete changes in propssignificant or complete changes in scenery/locationAfter the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made.If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.The editing fee depends on the complexity/number of additional changes being made.If the artist makes any errors or misses any in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references and given information, the edits will be made at no additional cost.I am not responsible for faults resulting from a lack of clear communication or sufficient reference pictures.

SECTION VIII. WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

The final product includes high-resolution image/images in a PNG format sent to the recipient. Image files will be drawn in 300 dpi.
